Which vitamin is there in barley grass juice?

The vitamin content of barley grass juice is astonishing. Barely grass juice, also known as green barley juice, is rich in vitamins C, B1, B2, B3, B6 and C, as well as biotin, folate and beta carotene.

Barley green (dried barley grass juice) contains six times more pro-vitamin C than apples (330 mg per 100g), seven times as much pro-vitamin A as spinach (51,500 mg per 100 g), and about nine time as much folic acid as spinach (630 mg per 100 g).

It also contains a form of vitamin E called alpha-tocopherol succinate, which in, clinical trials, has demonstrated a significant ability to block the growth of cancer cells.

This form of vitamin E also helps to regulate human growth hormone and hormones that are crucial for reproductive health. Vitamin E succinate also may enhance the immune system by increasing white-blood-cell formation.
